Electrical Engineering specialties include systematic architecture, circuit board prototyping, schematic design, firmware development and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design. For all partners, no matter what stage or service they use, HunterTyson’s engineering team will engage and review all designs and products.
HUNTERTYSON DESIGN SERVICES – TO MANUFACTURE A PROTOTYPE AND EVENTUALLY A FINALIZED PRODUCT, COMPLETE 3D CAD DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED.
CAD is mainly used for detailed engineering of 3D models and/or 2D drawings of physical components, but it is also used throughout the engineering process from conceptual design and layout of products. Modeling allows for testing, refinement and the capability to manipulate virtual products prior to production. High quality and completed 3D designs are identical in detail and dimension to the desired finished product and allow for accuracy in manufacturing.
HunterTyson team members are experienced and trained in multiple design software’s, including but not limited to; AutoCAD and Solidworks. With HunterTyson, our CAD modeling services, our clients receive complete 3D files of their product; including Bill of Materials (BOM) and a Color Material Finish (CMF) document which can be used from Prototype to Manufacture. Also included is a Photorealistic Rendering (PR) that can be used for partner and investor sign-off and potential marketing materials. Design and 3D CAD services are also offered as a stand-alone service.
